This blog post will provide a review and introduction into what the Lunchbox is about and how it can potentially help you to overcome bad days. There are always those mornings where we wake up feeling sluggish, uninspired, and unproductive. And sometimes those feelings don't go away no matter what we do. And if you are like me, you think that your bad days are mainly down to you. But I'm here to tell you that is rarely the case. This blog post is an attempt to shed some light on what the art of good self-care is and how Lunchbox can help you put yourself first. A few weeks ago, Mike Perry, my boss at Foooooodie's , wrote a blog post called Eat More Like You Play More. This was about how different people approach food and exercise depending on their goals and mindsets, and how it affects their performance at work . From the moment I read this blog post, I knew I needed to write my own. I saw that the same principles that apply to working out also apply to eating healthy. If you are not hitting your goals at work then it's probably not because you're eating more sugar. It is more likely that your habits are holding you back. And why do you even need to work out? Doing so isn't going to get you better at your job or enhance your abilities. You need eat healthy in order to feel good and have energy for all of life's challenges. At work, this means more than just having the energy to get through your day. It means more than just feeling better physically. It is about bettering yourself as a person and achieving your goals. So let's talk about what you should be eating on a daily basis if you want to feel good, be motivated, and/or at your best at work. Check out the nutrition section below for my suggestions on foods that will make you feel good, look good, and perform well. When I first heard of Lunchbox, I thought it was quite interesting (which is why I've seen Lunchbox mentioned several times already on social media). I wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew that the movie was directed by Ritesh Batra, who also directed The Lunchbox . And I absolutely loved The Lunchbox. What I didn't know was that Lunchbox is actually a short film about an estranged couple who falls in love again. It tells the story of how they tried to build their relationship over the years despite working through life's challenges together. It's a story about love, grief, regret, and how life can be full of unexpected moments. It has deep messages throughout each scene that will make you reflect on your own relationships and experiences in life. cfa1e77820
